As a research assistant at the Austrian Institute for Family Studies (OIF) Dr. Dörfler-Bolt conducts studies focusing on international family policy, gender roles, family and migration, reconciliation of family and employment, behavioural economics and family. She also advises institutions active in family policy. She wrote her dissertation on the 'Parental Division of Labour in Austria and Sweden' at the University of Vienna.

• The development of public spending on families in 22 EU countries. An update of the ÖIF Working Paper 98.
• Ukrainians in Austria, the 3rd survey on the situation of Ukrainians in Austria is currently underway on behalf of the Austrian Integration Fund.
• Home office use by parents in the context of compatibility and partnership, funded by the BKA.
