Abstract

This documentation of the weighting method used for the Austrian Generations and Gender Survey (GGS) 2022/23 initially describes the standard weighting method for all in the Generations and Gender Programme (GGP) participating countries. Austria identified potential biases in terms of parity, household size, and family type indicators. Therefore, additional weighting criteria for the raking method were compiled.

Diese Dokumentation der für den österreichischen Generations and Gender Survey (GGS) 2022/23 angewandten Gewichtungsverfahren beschreibt vorerst das Standardgewichtungsverfahren für alle am Generations and Gender Programme (GGP) teilnehmenden Länder. Österreich stellte potenzielle Verzerrungen in Bezug auf Parität, Haushaltsgröße und Indikatoren für den Familientyp fest. Daher wurden zusätzliche Gewichtungskriterien des Raking-Verfahrens zusammengestellt.
