Mag. Norbert Neuwirth works at the Austrian Institute for Family Studies (OIF) on demographic issues, analyses of Austrian family policy and studies on the compatibility of family and employment, intra-family division of labour and simulation studies of the tax and transfer system. He managed the Family Policy Database and, from 2007 to 2025, the Generations & Gender Programme (GGP) of the UNECE for Austria. He coordinated the currently publicated Sixth Austrian Family Report.
